Payment details are processed by the payment provider. Malcolm Explains does not receive or store your full card number.

- protect the website and prevent misuse;
- meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.
Our reasons for using information
We process information where it is needed to perform a contract, respond to steps you ask us to take, meet legal obligations, pursue legitimate business interests or send marketing you have requested. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Service providers
We use specialist providers to operate the website, email and payments. These may include Render for hosting, Namecheap Private Email for email delivery and Stripe for payment processing when paid checkout is available. Each provider handles information under its own security and privacy obligations.
Storage and retention
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including customer support, licensing, accounting, tax and legal requirements. Access is limited to those who need it.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where applicable, restriction or objection to certain uses, and a copy of information you provided in a portable form where the law applies.
