Licensing
Personal learning licence: one purchaser may use the purchased files for private reference and study. The purchaser may not redistribute, resell, publish the full-resolution files, remove branding or upload them to a shared company library.
Verified student licence: one eligible student may use the product for private study under the stated student terms. It does not permit sharing with a class or society.
Lecturer and university use: classroom display, virtual-learning environments, seminar distribution, course packs and campus access require a lecturer, department or campus licence stating the audience and period of use.
Team and corporate use: internal distribution, client presentations, workshops, training libraries, custom branding and external commercial use require a separate written licence.
These licence terms are a commercial draft and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before public launch.
Terms of sale
Digital products are supplied electronically. Product descriptions should specify the file type, included material, permitted use and version. A clear refund policy is still required before launch, particularly for digital content whose delivery begins immediately.
Protected previews: public product images are deliberately blurred, watermarked and incomplete. They demonstrate the design and scope but are not the purchased content. The clean readable file is supplied only after a verified order.
No product marked “waitlist”, “fact-check gate” or “rights review” should accept payment until its release gate is completed.
Privacy
The live site will collect only the information needed for orders, fulfilment, enquiries and the newsletter. Before launch, name the payment processor, hosting provider, email provider, data-retention periods and the process for access or deletion requests.
The local MVP stores cart contents in the visitor’s browser. It does not collect card details.
